Makhmudov should fight somebody like Wallin in his next 3-4 fights. I believe he is ready. he is not young any more, he doesn`t have much time to become a contender.

27 seconds is because the count was long and the testing carman took forever before the stopage. the knockdown was at 7 seconds lol

Haha yeah good call, I saw that in another thread. This guy needs a more immovable object to collide with. I'm glad I didn't pay the 33$ subscription fee to punchinggrace for a 7 second fight

Did you even watch the fight Jake Donovan?

To suggest Lemieux's left hand "bailed him out" last night is so far from the truth it makes me seriously wonder if the authour even watched the fight.
Whatever you want to say about Lemieux's potential in the big leagues, at least acknowledge that last night, he completely dominated his opponent. At times it looked like David was working out on the heavy bag. He put in at least 3 rounds attacking Ntetu's body; that caused him to drop his hands to protect his body. That's how David set up the 2 big lefts that dropped his opponent---there was no bailing out.

Lemieux is a great puncher. He just KOed a guy boxrec now ranks 257th in the world Not exactly a career best win. Lemieux needs to step up his quality of opposition if he wants a title shot.
