Fury gets away with a lot due to his size but he’s very susceptible to solid skilled fighters who would press him ,his skills don’t exceed his size but he’s a good even fighter meaning his size is supported by his savvy skills .

He looked great against Wilder but that doesn’t exactly count .

He hasn’t fought a skilled sizeable power puncher yet who would press him when he does we”ll have a far better answer .

Lots of fury critics say he is an unskilled heavyweight who uppercut himself.
But people who sparred him always say he's most skilled

I think "skilled" is the wrong adjective for Fury. While his defensive skills and footwork are excellent, I think his punching technique is actually fairly clumsy compared to other elite heavyweights of the past and present. What he is, however, is extremely crafty. He's really mastered leveraging his massive height, reach and weight advantages in a way that totally disarms opponents.

Why we always gotta rank bs from 100 years & change ago. Gotta be a fooking boxing history teacher to answer questions in this mfer.

He's definitely top of the heap of active fighters. I'd say he's probably in the tip top of all time too. Guy is huge & doesn't move like a guy his size should. That allows him to do sh^t guys several weight classes down are more likely to do than a giant ass HW.

Explain to me how Nandrolone Fury can skip over all of the best heavyweights of the last 5 years, and still be rated the best? how does that work exactly? Because in basketball, football, soccer, baseball and all the rest of the sports you have to actually go against the best to be considered the best. But somehow in boxing you can fight bums, gatekeepers and guys no one has heard of, and somehow come out of that as the best in class. There are 27 boxers in the top 30 that he has skipped over. A number of them would give him a hard fight, beat him or even KO him but he hasn't even tried to fight them hahahaha. Yet you idiots say that this clown is an all time great?

Part of what makes Fury so good isn't just his skills but his size. He just happens to have a little bit enough of everything to be effective and make it hard for anyone to win against him.

Hes on record saying Cunningham was his toughest fight of his career (could have changed now) because he does struggle with smaller faster fighters. The problem though is that if youre smaller you MUST have an ELITE gas tank or you won't stand a chance.

How many HW have an elite gas tank? Pretty much none.

I like Usyks chances to outbox Fury but I doubt Usyk has that kind of gas tank. I think the end result very much could end up like the Cunningham fight where he just had nothing left and got KTFO.

I dont know about ATG but Fury imo is #1 at HW because hes beat the best competition.

And your premise is just ridiculous. He has to fight everyone in the top 30 to be accepted as the best?

No one else is doing that so why must Fury do that? And please do list all the guys who has fought better competition than Fury. The list will be extremely short or non existent.

Wilder despite having no real names other than Luis Ortiz was universally either 1 or 2 at HW.

                  You can not dispute that.

Throw some names. Chisora? Whyte? Povetkin? Ortiz? Which one of these dudes do you see better than Fury and why?

Fury beat Wladimir clean. He also beat Wilder clean as well.

What HW has better names than those on their resume? AJ?

And even if AJ is your answer people pick Fury because we understand that styles matter.

I wanna see that long list of names from the past 5 years bud otherwise you're just blowing smoke out of you ass.

In terms of pure versatility, it’s hard to really pick a heavyweight in history that can match it. He is one of the most versatile boxers in the game today regardless of weight, if not the most.

He beat two long reigning champions in two totally different fashions. One on the back foot and totally nullified him, and the other he walked through.

Then on top of that he has excellent footwork, excellent powers of recovery, Very good IQ and rises to the big occasion
Kabayel must be an ATG too then

I mean he didn't even break out in a sweat against the mighty chisora
