Comments Thread For: Lipinets: I'll Be Ready For Whatever Abdukakhorov Brings - I Have To Win!

Former world champion Sergey Lipinets has not let anything, be it the pandemic or a change in fight date, distract him from preparations for his battle against unbeaten Kudratillo Abdukakhorov, as they fight for interim IBF Welterweight Title headlining action live on SHOWTIME Saturday, October 24 (9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT) in an event presented by Premier Boxing Champions.

I hope Lipinets wins for the simple fact that I can't say the other guys name to save my life.

        I think it's pronounced ab-duke-or-ov.

Yea idk I think it's gonna be awhile before I can recall that at random.

In fairness it's possible if he keeps winning. There was a point I couldn't pronounce Derevyanchenko.

I don't know how Abdukakhorov reached the top of IBF ranking with 17-0 w/ 9 KOs, yet my boy Boots Ennis is 26-0 w/ 24 KOs, yet he's the IBF # 12! Blasphemy!

That's because they are all to aware Boots would destroy Lipinets and then rock the boat in the welterweight division. I see big things from Boots when they give him a chance!

Bahaha. Fair enough. How do you do with the rat eating Thai who beat Chocolatito, Srisaket Sor Rungvisai?

I really think it's because Cameron Dunkin doesn't have any juice! At least Kudratillo got the opportunity to fight Luis Collazo!

Kudrat is a better pure boxer IMO, should be able to outpoint him at distance, to win Lipinets has to make it rough and ugly
