Ab-doo-ka-khor-ov... best I can tell. The 'Kh' is that kinda throaty russian sound like the 'Ghuh' at the start of Khabib.

There's an alternative transliteration that's goes Abduqaxorov... in fact the dudes full name is kinda epic...
