Nobody is forcing anyone to go to the event. Texas may be getting hit with new cases but acting like it is the end of the world for someone go get C-19 that would go to this fight is a bit much. Statistically speaking, the hospitals are fine and have never been over crowded. The virus has a very low mortality rate for people under 50. Something like 2 in every 10,000 cases. If you are worried about 4 people dying to vovid but not worried about all the alcohol related injuries/deaths from this event........

If the cowboys attendance is any indication then we should expect anywhere from 20-24K attendance for this fight. If we go off of Spence's last opponent the avg ticket sales was $200. That would equate to roughly 4.6 million and who knows how that split will happen. Spence also has a history of making less money than his opponent. It was only recently that he has been make slightly more. Even as the headliner. I think the attendance will save this fight financially because I do not see enough people buying this fight to cover all the costs. What exactly is the promoter doing to warrant promotional fees?LOL, and who did Spence fight in that unification bout? He fought a guy who has never been a draw and isn't a big name. DSG isn't a star himself but at the very least his name value is right there with Porter, if not a bit higher.
Be lucky to sell 150k buys? Is that a joke? Spence isn't selling less than 200k buys against another decent name. And the KingRy fight will have very little impact on the buys for Spence/DSG. First off, KingRy's fanbase consists of bunch of teenagers or those in their early 20s that wouldn't have purchased Spence/DSG even if it was on another date. Secondly, Spence is doing live gates of 2M+ in states where neither he nor his opponent are from and close to 300k buys. He's a star and a much bigger name at this point than KingRy.
This isn't even to mention that KingRy/Campbell don't even have a venue set for their fight. That fight could very easily be moved to another date.
Is the PPV price still $50.00? If so then the fight could do better than most expect and at 500K buys would be 25Mil minus Fox's fee etc.Comment

Lol some of you are so delusional thinking Ryan garcia is bigger star then Spence, his Instagram followers dont watch his fights, spence really does have a hardcore fanbase that's gonna buy his fights, because his fights are exciting, he will probably do 225 to 250 buys vs Garcia, and It doesn't matter who hes going up againstComment

200k aren’t big numbers at allComment

I don't know if they will allow more than 15k in the stadium. I don't see a 4M gate but definitely a multi-million gate.If the cowboys attendance is any indication then we should expect anywhere from 20-24K attendance for this fight. All of these big fights are going to be on PPV. I'm going to miss them all. I used to go to sports bars and pay a cover. It's not safe to go to these venues at the moment due to COVID. I'm not about to shell out all of these dollars, to watch these fights. I actually bought a subscription to DAZN last January (before the pandemic hit). There aren't any good fights on DAZN. I'm about to be a very frustrated boxing fan!Comment

I am not guaranteeing how many they allow in the stadium but again going off of the cowboys attendance and what is allowed it is safe to say a minimum of 20k which is way more than 15k and Spence's last PPV was set at under $50 so we may not see this always price of $75 with Fox as we have seen with Showtime and in the past HBO.Comment

Big to whom? Luke Campbell is no one. Garcia is trying to promote it by saying he's fighting Tank next. Spence tickets are damn near sold out already, and many fewer people are subscribed to the app than beforeComment
