Looking forward to watching Xander Zayas' next fight this Friday on Telemundo. He looked very good last time out, although he was to over anxious to finish the fight. He needs to settle down a bit it's a fight, not a horse race. He in the learn phase of the professional side of boxing, he doesn't have to rush the outcome of his fights. When you rush, you make mistakes, leaving yourself vulnerable to to counter punches, and injuries. Zayas is a gifted all around fighter, he's going to bring a lot of glory to Puerto Rico. I do like the fact that he's fighting regularly, but I would like to see him fight fighters with winning records, and some more fights on their record. At 18 years of age he still hasn't filled out to his adult size, and strength. This is exactly why he should be more relaxed in the ring, and not take so many chances by rushing in for the finish. If he slows his roll, he'll be more effective while learning at the same time. In two years he should be 20-0 (18'KO's), and challenging for a title at 147, or 154 pounds. He'll probably end up at the 160-168, or 175 pound division by the end of his career.
