Well...I've had the bet out there for weeks. The vocal "LOPEZ WILL DOMINATE LOMA!!" crowd has refused to accept it.

So I think they're just trying to convince themselves of something they don't believe, because they want to hype Lopez due to the 'eye test'.

It's just disappointing that none of them are willing to do the ultimate bet to prove their confidence and loyalty with their guy.

Loma easily wins the eye test to my eyes. His speed and skill are on display in every fight. Lopez looks like a good fast fighter with timing, accuracy and power but Loma still looks like the much better fighter. Better beats good.

Exactly, I give him props for stepping up this early in his career but he's going to get wrecked. Probably look okay the first 1-2 rounds and then proceed to fall apart mentally. Crazier things have happened but I just don't think this kid has a plan B once he realizes he can't bully Lomachenko.
