in light of the povetkin whyte knockout

should fury of lost the first fight against Wilder

what's the rational/argument that Fury gets a 10 second count and Whyte didn't?

Fury may have went to sleep but Whyte wasn't even in the ring, he was somewhere off in another dimension so the call was easy to make.

Fury was looking at the ref and got up completely fine.

Whyte had to be peeled off the canvas to try to put him in the recovery position. The man landed like a dead man

Tyson MAY have been out for a split second but by the time he hit the ground he was awake. The fall wasnt near as violent. It was a regular KD...clearly.

Supposedly Fury had eye contact with the ref. Whyte had eye contact with the birds flying around his head.

To be fair I didn't see a camera angle of Fury NOT seeming like he was out, but that seems to be the take of many & the fact the ref didn't stop the fight suggests it's not unreasonable that he did have eye contact with the ref & was of more sound mind than the situation appeared to many fans, myself included.

It depends on the ref. Jack Reiss is known as one who always gives a full count, no matter how hard a fighter goes down.

I dont get the debate here. Whyte got stone cold blasted, He wasnt getting up for 20 seconds let alone 10. Fury got up and finished the fight . Enough said. I hope Povetkin does us all a faovr and wrecks Dillyan again.

Whyte is just so dumb its amazing, he is not even better Greg Page who got smashed twice in a row by Mark Young.

Potvetkin is better than both even GLASS JAW amir khan did not ask for a rematch from anybody who blasted him out.

                Whyte is done

No, the ref was clearly right to give Fury the benefit of the doubt. If anything the question should be about why refs don't just count to 10 more often instead of waving their hands and stopping the fights.
