I'll give him that. He definitely got Loma to bite the hook. He better hope that the shark he hooked doesn't drag him into the water and drown him. He comes off as more annoyed than angry at the constant trash talk of the young man, so I don't think that all that talk is gonna affect or change the way he is going to fight. Think he is fixing to give the boy a lesson in respecting his elders.

I believe that's true for both guys. Selling the fight is one thing but once they get in the ring, they will focus on adjusting to whatever's in front of them.

They're in each others heads! My opinion has always been that trash talkers do it because they feel they don't have all the tools to beat me at whatever.

Anyways, I'm just interested in the fight and not this drama.

That said, dude who beat Chavez Jr. and his comment about knocking off Canelo's freckles really made me laugh!!! Outside of that I see trash talk as a sign of weakness, but that's just me.

Side note: Some kid got off the bus and did the gesture off shooting me in the head cause he bumped into me leaving the bus.. I'm not a a guy that smiles very much or laugh out loud that often, but I laughed out loud and could not stop myself even after i got off at the next stop! They ways i could have smoked that kid before he even hit the ground just made it so hilarious to me! Never rely on intimidation people, lots of people like me out there and some don't have anything to loose (career wise) and will wax that @zz on the spot!!

I will not be surprised if Lopez knocks out Loma cold in the first 15-20 seconds of the fight. But I will be helluva surprised if Lopez manages to KO Loma after 8th. In fact, I will be surprised if Lopez wins a round after the 8th.

i tend to agree , most people who trash talk are chicken **** punks. They try to find an edge and make themselves look big knowing someone will be there to break up a fight or help them when they are getting hurt.
