However his career was top notch and had a very unbeatable style in his prime. Went undefeated, cleared out 168 and became the top dog at 175lb.

Where does he rank ? Does he crack the Top 50?
    - -Wart a sissy who boxed was nobody until Goosen got him in the International SuperSix and outmaneuvered everyone to keep him on the home court where p4p he became a top 10 dirtiest fighter in the world.

Whiny little poot too, moaning about all the $$$ JoyBoy was making to his peanuts. Wouldn't fight GGG at 164, but willing for JoyBoy at 162!

Maybe even in the top 25 cuz everyone picks their favorite fighters like its a popularity contest instead of looking at every boxer in depth.

Bullshet, Andre beat him twice & Dre was unbeaten since he was 14 years old.

You still with the B.S.? Damn it sucks to be a pvssy-g fan, huh?

Everybody rates boxers differently and greatness is hard to prove one way or the other. To me Ward is just a good fighter not a great one and I don't think he is even close to being one of the 50 best boxers in history or even close to being one of the 100 best boxers in history. I have see in person and on film a great number of boxers I thought were better than Ward.

No, he left too soon with people thinking he was overated. He didn't really prove to people he was better than we thought by doing something we didn't think he could. Where he could say I showed you I was as good as article claimed and better than you gave me credit for whilst sticking his tongue out at us.
                Skilful though

NO, I still think he lost to Kov.

He was a solid fighter, but top 50 of boxing is hard to make.

He is easily forgettable. He isn't even "known" like that here in the bay area.

And hes not top 50. To borrow from someone else's comment this weekend, his fanbase could fit in a phone booth.

Lmao @ calling Wards style unbeatable.

No and I'm a huge Andre Ward fan.

He's not the type of fighter who can only fight 34 times and be an ATG

In order for that to happen, you have to be like Sugar Ray Leonard and take out a ton of other ATGs in their primes or completely blow people away with your skill level as some kind of phenomenon.

Ward was never that, just a grind it out good fighter, who was smart, crafty, and a little dirty.

                      I'll say top 100
