I would still like to see him against Lara since I see weird holes in his technique. Jermell could loose to weird cats if he doesn't get the KO or a few knockdowns. He thinks he can knock everyone out but seems to panic and fight scared when his punches don't wobble the opponent. Could be because of the one loss continually creeps into his head.

As I mentioned, this division is full of mediocre fighters. This Banana man lost to Gallimore by stoppage and beat J Rock. Jermell can be dominant fighter there. Lara is obviously the best competition for him.

Lara is way past his shelf life and a fight with Jermell would be a dangerous encounter for him at this stage of his career. Lara hasn't got enough pop to keep Jermell from walking him down and that is a major danger for him right there.
