Personally I'm going to leave Canelo out because I don't think he ever fights at 160 again. Also, I'm doing this list just by how I think they are performing right now, not by what's been achieved.
Nobody else has a good win. Canelo and Jacobs are gone from the division, Andrade hasn't fought anybody, Derevyanchenko always loses when he steps up, everybody else sucks.
I am not including Canelo because he's done at 160.
So the rankings should be:
1. GGG-based upon resume and strength of opposition than anything.
2. Charlo-Has the best win at 160 after GGG. Plus youth and will likely get a fight with Chris Eubanks Jr soon which is better than any of his competitors rumored opposition.
3. Andrade-Based upon size and skill more than actual accomplishments at 160.
4. Dervychenko-Based upon being good enough to be extremely competitive with 3 top 160lbers.
5. Vacant-because no one else has the talent or the resume to deserve being placed here.
3.
