I always see Foreman listed as amongst the worst - but I think you summed it up ...I remembered how worked up he would get about Oscar's footwork "ahhh Oscar's on his feet now, on the toes, he's on his feet Larry, looking to punch!" - when I was young fan, I wasn't always looking at the fighters' feet, just the punches so I remember that distinctly as one of the first times I started to pay attention to footwork. He did say some crazy ***** too though

prefight they're talking about how this is a huge hate filled fight, it should be a war etc, Foreman says something like "Grandma said Where there's smoke, it's usually just a whole lotta smoke." Bowe destroys Gonzalez, who never did anything in the fight, certainly didn't fight like he hated Bowe. Foreman says after "where's there's smoke, it's just a whole lot more smoke."

Lol, he was but I loved him. One of the highlights of my boxing fandom was him knocking out Michael Moorer to win the HW title. I told my cousin as the fight was happening that George wasnt punching all the way through when he did throw and then it got to the point that I just wanted him to make it all the way. Then he finally dropped the hammer and the mfin roof came off my moms house. We had to watch it there and pay her back because we were young and broke. She came running out of her room thinking we were killing each other. Such a good memory.

I actually just watched a breakdown video of this fight on Youtube like a week ago. It was a wonderful set up by George , and a punch with a ton of power that you have too watch in slow motion to appreciate .He knocked Moore into next week.

There's just one of the many different angle they show in slo-mo of the KO punch that shows it to be pretty dang devastating. Helps that he hurts Moore with the same one two about 3 secs before the one that incapacitates Moore
