See, this kinda crap is why I don't post here much anymore.

Fanboys, not real boxing fans.

Anyone who had Derevyanchanko winning or had a draw either doesn't know how to score a fight or has an agenda that has little or nothing to do with the fight.

I'll make it easy for even you biased folk to understand how bad you look.

We can all agree (I hope) that Derevyanchanko fought both Jacobs and Golovkin tougher than he did Charlo.

Sergiy hit the canvas in both fights, yet on six possible judge's cards between the two fights, the tally was 115-112 for the winner on four of them. That's two of three judges in both of Sergiy's previous losses seeing 7 rounds to 5 rounds for Jacobs and GGG respectively.

Well, if they beat Derevyanchanko 7-5, Charlo beat Sergiy AT LEAST 8 rounds to 4 (with 9 to 3 perfectly understandable).

Some of you just don't want to admit what your eyes are telling you.

Charlo is actually good. And the case can made for him being the best in the division.

Canelo is going to have to come see him.

Not really. Canelo has many other options, including GGG 3 or David Benavidez at 168.

But, if his aim is to continue to be recognized as the best at 160, Canelo is going to have to settle up.

Because Charlo now has a very strong case for being that instead of Saul.

There are a lot of idiots here that don't want to admit they got it wrong. They make themselves look even more ****** by scoring a clear loss for Derevyanchanko as a win or draw. No credible boxing fan will take that seriously.

Canelo will not fight Benavidez. If he fights an even older and deteriorating Golovkin a third time that falls in line with how he's selecting his fights these days.

No one is saying that Charlo is undisputedly the best middleweight.

But, as a real fan, you have to now want to see a Charlo vs Canelo showdown.

It's may not be a bigger financial fight than Canelo vs GGG III, but it is definitely now easy to argue that even after the trilogy (should it happen) the business in the division will be far from settled.

Charlo vs Canelo is now must see and it will sell well if it's made.

I mean, I recognize your username as someone who has been around. Certainly you're not surprised, it's how 80% of NSB operates. They don't know any other way.

That’s the one reason so many people are on my ignore list. That's what they did to get on there, and they apparently don't want to get off the list because they keep doing it.

Nah I for sure would not say that I'm surprised. But just because something is commonplace, doesn't mean I should never mention it.
This one is particularly ironic because of the username chosen.

I'm under no illusions regarding the objectivity of the general NSB population and how we operate. Sure we all have bias, or favorites, or whatever. Just funny how people will fight to the end, go on the attack, and go to such lengths to discredit another's opinion, when....It's just opinion. Allow them. Discuss them ? Maybe respect them. Allow people to have favorites and be fans. Just admit, " Well I prefer..." - what's the big deal ? Right ?

Pre-fight, I said Dervy would need a KO. He would not get a decision even if he deserved it. Now am not saying he won this fight but I just knew he would need a KO.

Sad that he pretty clearly did as well against Charlo as he did vs GGG, yet he got much better cards vs GGG, on DAZN, than he got on his network (granted vs another guy from his network, who they want to build as a star). Then again Sergei imo lost to Culcay and got the nod there too. Just how boxing goes sometimes. It matters where you fight, who you fight, and who your promoter is sometimes, moreso than what you do in the ring.

I had it 7-5 to Sergei but if people shaded it to Charlo I don't really care. It was a good fight. But I don't see how everyone doesn't give Sergei the 1st, 6th, 10th, 11th and 12th rounds. And he was in quite a few more. Besides the 2 or 3 rounds where Charlo stunned Derevy, I don't think he won a clear round or ever close to it really. 9th was his best round.
