      Charlo

If I was charlo or any other black fighter I wouldn't waste my time chasing these guys who think they are better yet won't fight .. he should just make a name for himself as he is doing, beat his opponents , and focus on building up his own legacy .. basically let them come to him with an offer and then reject that ****. He gonna have a much bigger name than canelo .. canelo only riding the coattails of the OPPORTUNITY Mayweather gave him cause they really want him to fight Mayweather again cause he whooped him so badly .. as a black fighter build your own name don't do their tactics. They barely got any thing special to their styles at all except Loma he is the only exception and he don't really care about it like that.. the rest are basically frail scared little divas

At 154 he avoided Andrade and both Charlo's like the plague and didn't want to entertain the idea of a rematch with Lara - a fight which a high percentage of observers felt he lost.

At 160 hes clearly avoiding Andrade - saying someone is boring is the most pathetic excuse you can come up with, especially as its a unification bout for the same broadcaster. Suilaman made him WBC franchise champ to protect him from Jermall, he vacated the IBF to stay away from Dereyvenchenko and he stalled on the Golovkin trilogy - again despite both fighters being with the same broadcaster, probably because in fighting "Mexican Style" it was the hardest fight of his career and he was hurt on numerous occasions.

It remains to be seen what his antics will be like at 168 but essentially buying the WBA World belt of Fielding and pushing to fight Yildrim are not encouraging signs...
You do know Andrade was signed to fight Canelo if Yarde beat Kov. Or was injured in the fight.... Yeah shkve your head further up your ass

It was confirmed that Charlo turned down $10M to fight Canelo.... You can't come out say everyone's ducking your guy when he turns down career high paydays.

Also, it looks like Canelo's only going to be fighting "premium opponents".

Charlo wouldn’t be in Canelo’s top 10 wins. He’s not scared of that hype job.
Depending how he won, Charlo would be a top 3 win for canelo. What canelo fans won't admit is that his best wins so far are shaky at best. If you really feel Charlo wouldn't be a top 10 win, then name 10 canelo wins that are better...

Not top 3 but def top 10. Charlo for as good as he is, is still at best number 3 at MW. This is a good win, but we also can’t act like Derv wasnt coming off a rough loss and has only won one fight in two years. Great win, but has yet to beat a top 5 MW OR a champ for that matter.

For context, Charlo would be Canelo’s 3rd best win at just MW alone. And if we arent using hindsight, some wins were really good for Canelo at the time they took place. As good as Charlo is, he’s largely a paper champ at 60, just like Andrade.

So now come the excuses for Dev coming off a rough lost. He's had a year to recover, but I digress.

Charlo is an undefeated multi-divison champion, which is more than I can say for Daniel Jacob's, who already had 2 losses by the time canelo fought him. If Canelo beats charlo, you've definitely got to rank that higher than Danny Jacob's. Again, as for his wins over Lara, and Golovkin, many people feel Canelo lost those fights. That said, a conclusive win over a 2 division, prime, undefeated fighter on the level of a Jermall Charlo, ranks very high in my book. To say it's not, or barely a top 10 win on his resume, considering who he's fought, and when he's fought them, and how disputed his biggest wins are, is ridiculous.

If you think Charlo is number 3 at middleweight, I'm assuming you have Canelo #1 (which is fine). Who in the hell do you have #2, and why?

Well, GGG is still number 2. He beat Danny, arguably Canelo in the first (and to some, second), beat Derv in Derv’s last outing. You can’t insert Mall anywhere near the top 2 considering the fighter he just fought is coming off a loss to the former (and to some, current) king.

No one is saying Derv is a bad win, but it’s an actual fact that within the last two years, GGG and Danny have beaten him.

And as for Jacobs - Danny has been a legitimate champ who has also beaten a champ at the class before with some people thinking he beat GGG (I do not agree with these people mind you). Those were good wins for both GGG and Canelo since Jacobs was considered the next best after GGG. 1, 2, and 3 were clearly those three. BJS had a say but we all know what happened there.

Canelo and GGG are clear one and two. As for three and up, pick your preferred over Andrade or Mall or whoever since Danny doesnt really count anymore. I might lean Mall over Andrade since I like koro and Derv way better than what Andrade has done (not his fault BJS popped and wasn't able to fight him.)

I’m not saying Mall is better than Andrade, but I do prefer his Derv and Korobov wins over Andrade’s wins. And something in me tells me that Andrade’s chin wouldnt hold up against them in a fight so. There we go.

And if you think Lara won his fight against Canelo and Canelo lost his first fight GGG, you’re hating and there’s a horrible double standard being shown.

You can call mall a 2 div champ all you want, but it still doesnt change the fact he has yet to fight a champ and did not get his title by beating a champ. It’s the literal def of a paper champ. That’s not a knock on Mall’s skills, but more so a reality of the division. Everyone knows that really, Canelo is the champ

Charlo’s would be easy work for Canelo.

Canelo has already put in work vs every style there is out there. Mayweather, Cotto, Lara, GGG, Trout, Kovalev, Jacobs, Kirkland, Angulo, etc. There isn’t a style or age, prime or past prime, young or old, top 1 to top 10 fighter Canelo has not fought. He has proven he isn’t afraid of anyone. Charlo’s are small fish. Canelo is looking to venture outside of the US and outside of MW. His next logical move should be Callum Smith, The Ring/WBA champ at 168 in the UK. He’s looking for big fights.

Jermall Charlo should keep putting in work. Beat GGG and Andrade. Then he will come a little bit closer to Canelo’s resume.
