You only have 5 fighters in history worthy of the HOF. Barrera, Morales, Marquez, Chavez and Sanchez. The rest, like most Americans in there, are laugh out loud bull****. They don't even come close to being legit. We on the other hand, have a lot that make the mark. We even have some like Eubank and Benn who are worthy but haven't been inducted due to the lack of knowledge and bias that worthless place has.
I have a points based system to judge who is and isn't worthy. 1 point for a good world class win. 2 points for a very good win. 3 points for a great win. And 4 points for a win over a HOF/ATG level fighter. Reach 11 points in total, then you're in. It's harder than you think. If all you beat is good world class fighters in your career, then you're going to have to beat 11 to get there. Not many are good enough to do so. Obviously you can get in quicker like a Leonard did by beating a few HOF'ers, but that's still hard when doing it against great fighters.
Don't forget you have twice the numbers we have with Boxing being a much higher sport in your country than it is here. We have so many fingers in so many pies it's ridiculous. Mexico is crap at sport other than Boxing so you focus on that more. We've got so many sports to focus on. Yet, we blow you and the US out of the water. I'm happy to place all these facts down like i always have and school you if you dare. But it seems you're too scared to back your mouth.
Ruiz is American, not Mexican. If you're one of those that think blood is blood no matter where born and raised, then you're all Spanish. Not Mexican. Full bodied Mexicans can't fight for ****. That's why none have become a champ before. Those that do fight, get blown away in comedic fashion. But Ruiz won the first fight due to AJ's mistake. The second time Ruiz had to create it himself. At no point did he as AJ dominated and outclassed him with ease. Ruiz isn't on that level.
Mexico will never have a better history or present. And that's with all the cheating and cherry picking you guys do. Nor do you have more wins over us at world level. The fact you run away from debating proves this.Comment

So you're not going to even try to back up the nonsense you constantly spew? You're a coward then who hasn't got the substance you claim to have.

Point proven. You may now continue acting the child. Yawn.
As for Canelo... Outside of Wilder and Ortiz, He's the biggest joke and punk in boxing. You, i and the world know this. He's utterly shameless of his constant actions to which i can have zero respect for.
No one with any real pride and self-respect would wish to have such a joke representing them. You are welcome to him.Comment

Matthew Hatton who was well past his best at the time, was a weight class smaller, and wasn't even good enough to be fringe world level at his best even??
Rhodes who was shot and wasn't even world level in his prime??
Khan who was a Welter and much smaller than the Cruiserweight on the night in Canelo??
Fielding who is nobody??
Liam Smith is a decent win as he's fringe level. But he isn't world class.
So out of all this, Canelo has a single decent win with the rest being as worthless as could be? And you're celebrating this garbage? We have so many wins over Mexican bums and decent fighters but don't celebrate it due to having standards. British fight fans don't even know about those worthless wins they're so unimportant. But you're all over those kind of wins like they mean something. Hahahahahaha.
We celebrate world level achievements, not worthless nonsense that means absolutely zero. But hey, that's the difference between us. We're used to achieving at a high standard. You're clearly not. Haha.
We'll send Canelo some more cannon fodder if you want? Keep the celebrations going for you. Haha.Comment

Why couldn't Canelo fight a world class Lightmiddle for the Lightmiddle WBC title? Because he's a punk.
Why did he need to fight a Welter in Khan when the Golovkin fight at his own weight was waiting right there for him with the boxing world calling for it? Because he's a punk.
Why did he fight a shot Rhodes who no one knew instead of a world level Lightmiddle? Because he's a punk.
Why fight the weakest title holder at Lightmiddle who no one knew when he could have fought stronger more well known fighters for a title? Because he's a punk.
Why fight Fielding when the real WBA champ was Smith? Because he's a punk.
A few years back, Oscar and Canelo said on camera that they weren't willing to fight Saunders due to him being a "Boring style". We all know what they meant. It was a style they didn't think they could beat. So they ducked. They only came sniffing about like a coward after Saunders had a bad performance. And even then, they weren't serious. I know all about the lies the Canelo fans spew about ducking and all this. But those same people couldn't even tell you how much was actually offered for the fight. We've read your lies and made up numbers. But nothing based in reality. I mean, i can ask you straight to tell me how much was offered. But you'll either deflect or fail to provide any real evidence to the offer amount.
Same with Smith.
Both are world level and world champs. But Canelo hasn't gone anywhere near a ring with them in it for obvious reasons. Why doesn't he try his luck with them? They're waiting. We're waiting. But yet, nothing.Comment

Y'all are wrong in thinking that either one of these guys will walk over the other. This should be a very good fight. And a fun fight to watch. Great for the sport. No one really gives a **** about how many Brits beat Mexicans and vice versa. And if you do care, you're rooting for your country (which is your choice), and not each individual boxing match. I can't take anyone serious that thinks "all the best fighters and all the fighters I root for are (whatever nationality)". You're not giving a fair shake to ANY opposing fighter with that mentalityLast edited by Corelone; 09-23-2020, 01:15 AM.Comment
