Comments Thread For: Josh Taylor: Whether Ramirez Fight Is In Scotland Or America, I'm Not Fussed

Josh Taylor has fought three times in the United States since he turned pro five years ago. Scotland's Taylor would have no issue with taking another trip to the U.S. for the showdown he wants with Jose Ramirez. Taylor obviously would prefer to meet Ramirez either in Glasgow or London, but boxing before a big, boisterous crowd means more to Taylor than the site of their highly anticipated, 140-pound title unification fight.

Taylor / Ramirez will require ticket sales to cover the cost and I just don't see how that's possible.

That's right, Jose can get smashed wherever he wants. Obviously being an American fighter, he'll not want to go too far from his mommy's house so chances are Josh will have to cross the pond to relieve Jose of his two straps. #GettingIt

          Lol good joke.

Ramirez has NO CHANCE against Josh Taylor. Theres levels and Ramirez could never be on his level.

Mexicans are only good in the lower weights, brits are good across all weight divisions

Taylor beats Ramirez pretty easily, Prograis beats him too.

Mexico produce greater fighters than us Brits tbf, but Taylor will school Ramirez. He’s a far better boxer, has more power, better hand speed, better skills. If the odds are close I’ll lay thousands on Taylor just like I did when he fought Prograis.

I don’t know man... Taylor does have the goods so it’ll be a good fight... Ramirez has great heart though and never underestimate the heart of a champion
