Jones just doesn't take power punches well at all. This isn't a good fight for either of these to old warriors, and hopefully neither one of them get seriously hurt. I won't be watching this circus.
It took a sustained heavy bombardment to always stop Mike Tyson 'Mike Tyson NEVER at any point in his career just disappeared inside of the ring' Heavy bombardment over many rounds was really the only way to beat him.

Why does Nose-vester Stallone's opinion even matter? The Rocky's were fun, dumb movies for guys but the boxing choreography was so laughably bad it was like those kung fu movies where the opponent stands still and lets the other guy do a 500 move combo.

Honestly he should stick to making noses I mean movies. Whatever.

One thing about Roger Mayweather. He ain't never lie when he said most ppl don't know **** about boxing. Mike has been smoking the strongest weed in the world everyday on his Ranch for the last 10 years. He starts training, gets a beach physique, and all of a sudden, he's Iron Mike from 1986? GTFOH. His lungs ain't as pretty as his body, and while I'm sure he picked Roy over Evander because he thinks he'll walk through him because he's smaller, Mike is the one who made a mistake. Roy said he made a mistake because he wants Mike's ego to swell. In reality, he's training to light Mike's ass up like one of those spliffs Mike loves so much. Roy doesn't smoke. Roy has fought as a heavyweight b4. He can handle any size, any weight, anybody if he trains the right way. Best believe he's training the right way because he knows what he has to do to Mike. He knows he gonna have to F... Mike up bad. He's a nice guy and I doubt he wants to hurt Mike, but he knows he has to. Roy is very intelligent. He's gonna be way better than ppl anticipate, and laser sharp. He'll be a lot closer to the Roy Jones of old than Mike will be to Iron Mike. Mike is gonna get a rude awakening

This is an exhibition match. I expect both fighters to go at it at most 75% of their current capabilities. Both will be gassed by the end of the 2nd and will smile and hug each other when it is all over.

What I would not give to see prime Tyson's speed and power again.....................

Mike Tyson was the Incredible Hulk of his day, boxing fans couldn't get enough of his speed, power, and combinations. He was like Jack Dempsey on steroids, and I'm not implying that Tyson ever took steroids. He just had that crazy power, which was multiplied by his speed, angles, and combinations. He was an avid boxing historian, and would watch tapes on all the past greats of the sport. He admired Roberto Duran"s vicious take no prisoners approach in the ring. He adopted some of his moves into his style of fighting, and it worked for him.

Roy has more advantages in this fight vs Tysons two advantages Power and Chin.

People disregard that Roy has been active in and out of fight camps which holds alot of weight in combat sports

I agree with your post 100%, that was my point that Tyson took a better punch, from bigger, and stronger opponents, and never got knocked out cold like Jones did. Those 4 years in which he was locked up, really hurt his career there is no telling just how impressive his career could've been.

Tyson is going to look so bad in this fight. All the casuals are expecting a prime monster Tyson. He will barely be able to walk.
