          Watched a lot of Ramirez in the Amateurs, not sure about him as a Pro, I haven't seen anything special yet

              He did this in the Amateurs as well but when it was time to fight for a Gold Medal he would bring his best and look outstanding

                    The way he is doing without getting to much heat for nothing can be bad for him securing future fights and purses, but allow him to have a healthy and long career. Just see how Rigondeaux and Lara are in their near 40's. If they had a lot of unnecesary heat they would have been retired a long time ago without speed, power and nothing.
                    Could be Ramirez does not have the neccesary, but could be he is preserving the heat for the best. Lets see whats happend. LEts fight to Stevenson and see
