I don't care much. If Canelo wins quick enough his next fight will be with a Turk for the vacant WBC super middleweight title. The same Turk who just lost to Dirrell and was also quickly and easily KOed by Eubank. No doubt Canelo will also KO this mediocre Turk. Maybe Canelo lovers are excited about this fight. I would rather see him fight Benavidez at 168 or Bivol who said he would drop to 168 for Canelo or Callum Smith who most consider the real champ at 168. Saunders and Plant have never lost and hold world titles at 168 so both of them are better fights for Canelo at 168 than the Turk.

Canelo isn’t in the business of avoiding guys. Jacobs. Golovkin. Lara. Cotto. Mayweather. Kovalev.

Who active in boxing has a deeper ledger ? Can you name me 3 active fighters outside or Pacquaio ?

He knew Lara didn't have the power to hurt him and he'd get protection on the cards. Cotto was a smaller man with one foot out the door. Danny Jacobs was just there for the check. The WBC had to force him to fight GGG. Kovalev was an alcoholic who clearly didn't come to win. Try again, fan boy.

Man. This was like the worst response I could have expected. You have an excuse for every name on the resume. Canelo hasn’t fought ANYBODY. He’s running scared of Charlo, Andrade, Saunders, Benavidez, Plant and Smith. Until he beats them he’s done nothing. CASE CLOSED !

Still waiting on the active fighters w better resumes.

I can't help it if you're a gushing, shameless fan boy. Was little Cotto not on the way out the door? Was Lara not selected because the fight would go to the cards? Was Kovalev not an alcoholic whose soul was stolen in the second Ward fight? Did Jacobs not fight a timid fight vs. Canelo? Why hasn't your boy fought Andrade yet? That man's chased him out of two divisions.

I’m STILL waiting on the active fighters with better resumes.

Lara and Andrade have similar KO percentages, by the way.

Andrade went the distance w Grady Brewer and won a split decision vs Vanes Martirosyan to win his first vacant title, and beat some unknown fighter who hadn’t done anything before, or since, to win his second vacant title. This is the KO artist that ran Canelo out of two divisions though. Youre on some other shlt right now. Lol. I mean honestly, who is Andrade’s best win at any weight ???

I’m not out here saying Andrade is trash. I’m not at all saying that. I’m just saying if Canelo hasn’t faced him it’s more to do w business than it is w him being “scared”. He’s fought much better fighters than Andrade. More accomplished fighters than Andrade. Fighters w much better resumes Than Andrade who have proven themselves more than Andrade. I’ve listed them already. He fought GGG twice, and the first fight I feel like Canelo lost, but he STILL took the rematch. If you’re making excuses for
Lara (top dog at the weight at the time),
Jacobs (if he fought soft, WTF does that have to do w Canelo ??)
Golovkin (forced to fight him ? They tried to force Sergio, Sturm, and Canelo too and he never faced them). He moved up to middleweight and immediately beat Cotto. He then had 3 fights, THREE FIGHTS

                khan BS catch weight
                Liam Smith (154)
                Chavez

                And fought Golovkin.

Cotto, and Kovalev who I admit were not in their absolute prime but were still solid fights at the time. Kovalev was 2 divisions up and a champion who had only been stopped by the P4P top fighter. If he was so trash why didn’t Andrade try and fight Kovalev ?

Any win can be picked apart. Any win. I’m not this huge Canelo fan to be quite frank. I thought Lara beat him. I thought Cotto gave him a great fight. I thought he was a ho and a coward for the Amir Khan fight. But when we are taking resume, he is second to only Manny Pac as far as active fighters go right now, and he’s only 30. You can’t be a duck w a resume that deep no matter how many excuses you make for him.

But look at the chronology. Canelo began fighting at 155 (Caneloweight) only once he was installed as Andrade's 154 mando by the WBO. He did it as a way to avoid Boo Boo. Once Andrade was stripped and he was offered a chance to fight for that WBO 154 belt, he ditches 155, moves down and beats some UK soda can for that belt. The WBO then installs Andrade as his mando immediately and Canelo flees 154 yet again. But according to you, this was all coincidence. And don't even get me started on the ducking at 160. The main reason Andrade signed with DAZN was he was assured a Canelo fight would finally be easier to make under the same umbrella, but Canelo fights other more creative ways to hide -- bogus WBA "regular" title fight vs. the immortal Rocky Fielding, WBO light heavy shot against alcoholic sexual predator from Russia. Now he's suing DAZN and GBP because they won't facilitate him fighting corpses for his standard $40MM purse in the middle of a pandemic.

Yes, your boy Canelo is a real cold piece of work alright. It's been awhile since I've seen a guy who has done so little in terms of beating elite opponents feel so entitled to diva treatment.

Dude, you are talking about Demetrius Andrade like he is Lennox Lewis or something. Demetrius Andrade !

Who ducks Demetrius Andrade to fight Gennady Golovkin ??

Demetrius Andrade. Winner of Vacant titles against nobodies. And I hate to talk this way cuz it’s not like Andrade isn’t a good, solid fighter. He is ! It he’s no better or more accomplished than Lara. He isn’t some fearsome puncher with a 90, 80 (or even 70) percent KO ratio. I’d love to see Andrade vs Canelo, Charlo, or any top name. But you’re taking stuff wayyyyy too far w the ducking Andrade claims. Lol. Not only has Canelo has beaten better fighters, but the fighters that Canelo beat have better resumes than Demetrius Andrade.

He went the distance w Grady Brewer ! He won a SD v Vanes ! What are we really talking about ?

And I’m STILL waiting on 3 active fighters w a better resume than Canelo, and here’s another question :

tell me, who has Andrade beat ? Two division champ, right ? 29 pro fights, right ? Name me one person who he beat that either has been a world champ, or who you think may become a world champ in the future.

I’m literally asking for 1 name.

Dude, Andrade has the same problem Crawford has -- no one wants to fight him. Have you ever heard another top fighter call out Andrade? Or Crawford? Just give me one name. Your boy Canelo has had a carefully-crafted career designed to make him look like some kind of killer who has taken on all comers. He wanted no parts of Andrade or Jermall at middleweight, fought the immortal Rocky Fielding when he could have fought the guy who KO'd Fielding in one round, then fought an alcoholic to pick up an easy belt at light heavy. Then fled the light heavy division before fans and media started asking him to unify with Bivol or Beterbiev. Why fight in these divisions if you're always going after the weakest link??? And I love how you Canelo groupies wet your pants when he pancaked the iron chin blown-up jr. welterweight A Mere Con -- that was transcendent stuff! Tell me something -- If Andrade is nothing special, wouldn't Canelo have dusted him by now and finally gotten him out of the way? And if you think Lara or Jacobs are better fighters than Andrade, you need your brain examined. Andrade beat Keith Thurman, Danny Jacobs and many others in the amateurs. Maybe you ought to close your pie hole and do a little research.

Now the chump is in court with a lawsuit that has absolutely zero merit and will be out of the ring until at least mid-2021. That's a good thing, though. We don't have to watch him in yet another sparring session paying him $35MM.
