I think Zapeda beat him as well.

Ramirez/Taylor will still be a good fight.

Ramirez's volume punching will be no match for Josh's superior ring skills. #Undisputed

Styles make fights and Josh Taylor isn’t skilled enough and too upright for Ramirez’s combo left hooks.

Hell, he almost got blinded by Prograis and I think Prograis nicked it despite taking a lot of rds off to showboat and due to gassing out. Prograis also doesn’t hit that hard.

I’ve Ramirez winning by stoppage when the fight is made. And I won’t be surprised if Josh Taylor gets stopped in his next fight because the guy he’s fighting hits really hard and Josh Taylor is always open to be hit.

I don't know what Taylor did so well vs Postol. Postol was trying to knock Taylor out, he came at him landed all kinds of punches. He fought defensive v Ramirez, on the back foot all night. What I did see is, Taylor has a better inside game. He's no gentleman.

It was Taylor's 13th fight though, and quite a jump in class at the time. I think he's improved since then and after the WBSS. Postol was a good learning fight for Taylor.

Yep, I actually think we saw 1 and 2 in the division fight in the WBSS final, Even if somebody else has two belts.

Jose Ramirez had a tough night

Ramirez did not look as good as Taylor did when he fought Postol. Ramirez also came in to fight on his 3rd straight training camp and didn't have his trainer with him on fight week. I think these things made an impact on Ramirez on fight night. Hoping the Ramirez Taylor unification fight happens.
