There are also some faded former champs lurking like Berto, Alexander, Brook, Khan. Probably too old to make real noise but still incredible depth for the division.

No Rashidi Ellis? Lol. That kid is the goods.

Expect a super fight between Ellis and Ortiz Jr. in the future. Both GBP

Yeah that is accurate, Good Division

I would consider Boots and Ortiz more of Rising Contenders Now, graduated from prospect. Also would add Daniyar Yeleussinov, Rashidi Ellis, Chris Kongo, Alexis Rocha, Conner Benn, Sergey Lubkovich to a "Rising Contenders" List.

Also would add Custio Clayton to Fringe Contender, he is in Canada so he being Completely ignored but he could be a dangerous opponent for some of these guys at 147 if given the opportunity

As for the next group of Prospects at Welterweight: Jesus Ramos, Brian Norman Jr, Janelson Figueroa (a lot of talk about him dropping Teofimo in Sparring) are some prospects to watch out for

Welterweight is a very strong weight class and it always has been. Those fringe contenders you have listed are no good and never will be.Ortiz Jr is a great prospect and would murder all those fringe contenders. Boots has never defeated a good fighter yet but Ortiz jr has.
