Carlo Frampton is a multiple division champion with a win over Leo Santa Cruz in his prime.

I think Khan ranks lower than all those guys.

I do know Southhampton way, i do know wells way, i do know for a fact the Aylesbury was never connected to the North Peckham you total tool. Albany Road and the park do seperate them, and It aint 200 metres, but most importantly a walkway never went across Albany Road to the other side, and certainly not over the park, as it would have been one of the most pointless wastes of money and time that even a **** council like southwark wouldnt undertake. North Peckham and Aylesbury estate around the burgess area are separated by Albany rd. Also, North Peckham is separated from Camberwell by Southampton way and Wells rd. And around that axis - you've SE15, SE17 and SE5, hence back in day until recently, the 3 areas used to be seen as one and guys from there did everything together.

It doesn't take rocket science to know that a walkaway over Albany rd connecting North Peckham and Aylesbury is feasible. And there was one back in the day before it was knocked down because the police couldn't go there and the areas were crime infested with drug addicts and heroin needles everywhere. This is a similar estate to Aylesbury estate in Wolverhampton called "Heath Town" (similar architecture because it's huge as well but not as big and I've been there a few times):
