LOL no way would I pay to see this mismatch unfold. 120-108 Mayweather all three cards. Yawn.

Cunningham says that PBF would have made $6M to fight Spinks, and accepted $5M to fight Baldomir. In boxing, you never know who is telling the truth - but I can't see PBF making more than $8M to fight Baldomir.

      Ain't happening.

Doesn't matter now anyway, except as a measure against the often quoted $8M Margarito offer. I'd rather see PBF win a real 147 championship and build a legacy than fight Stinks.

He didnt care about being "ring" champ..until DELA AND SHANE said no.....EASIER fights and lots of money..thats Floyd for you..... and I say EASIER meaning easier then MARG. but def not easy Baldi might whoop that ass.. he's no slouch
How the hell do you know Baldomir is an easier fight than Marg thats a biased statement and completely ignorant. Especially when Baldo has beaten the better opposition and actually won a legit title. Marg isn't even a real champ he won a vacated belt then got beat by the guy who previously held it. Please enlighten me on how Marg is a tougher opponent.

This will be a better fight then most of you think. Also, this was a very good post for the PBF haters. Don't make me search through the threads to see how many of you posted "OMGZ!#?!@ FLOYD IS DUCKING MARG ! HE TURNED DOWN 8 MIL!, THERS NO WAI HEL GET THAT MUCH FIGHTING ANY1 ELSE!! HE PROB MAKE LIKE 2 MIL VS BLADI!?#!11!eleven@$" Regardless I want to see this fight, and if Marg wants a shot at Floyd he needs to step up, I don't dislike either but Marg hasn't earned it, Baldi did....

The fact still remains that PBF ducked Margarito. Live with it sucka!

Yes, it changes something. Name Margarito's claim to fame. A draw and a TD loss against Daniel Santos, beating a Kermit Cintron that came off surgery on both hands AND the longest inactivity stretch in his career, and beating a 6-heads Lewis that had been destroyed two fights earlier by Ricardo Mayorga. Don't get me wrong, I think Margarito is a good fighter but his last PPV generated a whoping 30K PPV buys.

Both of PBF's last PPVs generated over 350,000 buys (against Gatti and Judah). This card will generate at least that many. Against Margarito, I doubt he would've surpassed 225,000. Baldy has more of a name, he's the recognized champ at 147, and, IMHO, has a much better record than Margarito. Baldy hasn't lost in 9 years and, in that time, he's beat such fighters as Gatti, Judah, MA Rodriguez, and Joshua Clottey. He'll also attract the Argentina money which, if you know them at all, you know that the PPV numbers from Argentina will be close to 100K.

So, there is plenty of money to throw around. PBF makes is 8M, Baldy makes is 4M (he has stated numerous times that he's not fighting PBF for less than that), and the fans get the best available fight at 147 for PBF.
