Except Canelo has been willing to do a 3rd fight with Golovkin...a fight with Callum Smith...a fight with Billy Joe Saunders...a fight with Caleb Plant...a fight with Jermall Charlo.

It has been DAZN and/or Golden Boy who have not been able to get any of those bouts across the line for him.

isnt golden boy his promoter? so they are blocking him from fighting ggg even after he said he doesnt want to fight ggg? why did he say that? as for the other guys if they dont want to fight for the money that is being offered then thats too bad. canelo should offer more of his purse to them like loma did to lopez if he really wants to fight the best as he claims.

DAZN are f***ed IMO. It’s been an absolute circus, from working with that charlatan Hearn, overpaying fighters who can’t sell out their living room, not being able to force the fights they need and the fans want, mounting debt etc etc.

Wouldn’t be surprised to see Canelo go back to Showtime. Espinoza remains a huge admirer of Canelo yet has a personal beef with Oscar. If Canelo free’s himself from GBP surely Showtime would be all in on signing him.

well i dont think anyone really cared that andre ward sat out. what did we really miss? headbutts and wrestling? canelo seems to have a lot more fans where andre ward barely had any. also wards undoing was completely his fault and refusal to fight anyone good. canelo has tried but opponents have turned him down over money where ward went to court becasue he though he should be able to fight anyone he wanted. also the corona virus has certainly changed things as everything is up in the air
