    No, he was just fun to watch because he'd mix it up with anybody no matter how many times he got knocked out.

    He was 38-25-0-1. That's not the record of an elite fighter.

        No. On his best day, he would give most heavyweights from history a tough fight, he just wouldn’t beat any of them.

          No . What made you think he was? The hall of fame is not ha hard to get into. It is hard but not that hard when you see some of the boxers in it.Research the hall of fame. If a boxer is not in it he is not an elite fighter. I don't think Cooper is in it. He was a belt holder and a hard puncher but not an elite fighter.

            Cooper was a slightly slower joe fraizer. he was an amazing boxer and had great talent and a very good and strong chin. he deserves to be in the hof

                His fight with Moorer was an entertaining slugfest. Both guys got hurt. Really a fun fighter to watch.
