Did Bruce Seldon take a dive because of fear or was the match fixed?

I don't know about the second knockdown, but in the first Seldon went down after tasting a whiff of Tyson's armpits.

Fear. And before that fight, I have him a chance to win. Athletic, great jab, big, quick, strong, but he was just afraid. He went in there, got the $5 million and took a dive. That last punch Tyson landed on him wouldn’t hurt Amir Khan.

I have read Nigel Benn's book, and he speaks briefly about Mike Tyson's aura back then 'He was bothered by it himself, when Bruno fought Tyson the second time' Just everything which surrounded Mike Tyson etc

Wonder where all Tyson's body guards are now? Some of them where loyal to him.

He started OK, for the first 60-90 seconds.

I think he knew he would only last a couple of rounds max, so looked for a way out.

At the end of the day, he was only there to surrender his title anyway.

Kind of like Charles Martin against Joshua.

Tyson might not be ranked high on the ATG list. But he right when he sound he was cut from the same cloth as Dempsey and Liston.

Have u seen his podcast? I watched him and Shannon Briggs which was bizzare and interesting. It's like Shannon was trying his best to leave his street background behind and Mike refused to let him and forced him to go to a dark place. The same dark place that surrounded his aurora back in the day

100% dive, just like Ortiz, Stiverne, Scott, Breazeale, Szpilka, and everybody for Wilder.

Seldon was rigged the title by King to give it to Tyson who was the money maker franchise. All roads lead to Tyson who was a protected asset post jail, that huge guaranteed showtime contract made all the payoffs possible. Just like showtime guaranteed contract allowed haymon and floyd to buy off all of floyd's opponents except for Pac. They rigged the judges for that one.

The same reason Malik Scott fell like a log when the punch didn't even hit him. American corruption, the "biggest baddest heavyweight!"

Yes I have seen afew of his podcast 'The one with the Former Italian mobster was quite intriguing' That man seemed to have a lot of respect for Tyson, kept on trying to befriend him etc 'Quite a dark podcast that one to be fair, but Tyson was excited at times'.

This may have been the last one I watched in full.

Oh yeah I saw that one. You can tell Tyson was very intrigued by the convo. And Tyson brought up the mobsters he came across in NY.

Only thing I hate is Tyson tends to get hella emotional at times depending on the guest. It's like he in a better place but he still hasn't let **** go

It was pretty pointless. Seldon was a terrible fighter, one of many Tyson crushed without having to resort to dives.
