Nobody expects Floyd to rematch gatti, or baldomir or ortiz. But the biggest names you'd expect Floyd to. People accept Floyd would beat Gatti, 10 times out of 10, but not biggest rivals. If Pac beat Floyd easy on the judges scorecards he'd give Floyd rematch if Floyd wanted one and public wanted it. Trilogy was written all over it.

Floyd s given rematches but only to small fish. All histories greats have got triologies with biggest rivals. All Floyd fans response is he beat them easy no need for rematch, that's all Floyd fans got?
        Embarassing!

Don't talk with heart and not head it gets you no where.
You don't need to look far. Pac beat barrera more convincingly than Floyd ever beat anyone yet have rematch. Scmelling had the great joe Louis flat on his face, not controversial yet gave rematch and we know what happened in rematch don't we!?
Floyd won comfortablevdecision against nel o and pac. But that don't tell whole story they were competitive

Must be a higher grade than you , the first he lost by TKO then won by KO so they had to have a third.

Floyd beat Manny and did not raise a sweat no call, no need, no one wants it and it will never make near the first ones money because the majority of the world know Manny will lose again just the same way.

Floyd wasn’t interested in Cotto’s Middleweight Lineal nor Canelo’s Lineal but claims those fights were easy. just like Marquez for 144 but changes his mind the day of the fight to 146. Floyd fools his own fans
He fights at 168 right now doesn’t he?

And you have to be a complete idiot to think “Canelo got shut out at 152 but he dominates at 155”

Last I checked 155 isn’t even a weight. It’s a bull**** catch weight for someone who was too scared to fight middleweights

Youre so slow and say the dumbest sht on the site like you get a brain fart and come out with crap without thinking, If Manny knocked Floyd flat on his face there would be a rematch, if the fight was competitive there would be a rematch, Floyd won too easy there is no controversy we all seen it .

Youre going to compare Louis ScMelling to this lol.

As the United States inched closer toward World War II, the 1938 rematch between Louis and Schmeling had worldwide implications. Adolf Hitler had risen to power in Germany and his persecution of ***s, which ultimately led to the Holocaust, had begun in 1935. By the spring of 1938, Germany had annexed Austria and had focused its sites on Czechoslovakia and Poland.

Hitler preached about the racial superiority of Aryans and conveniently portrayed Schmeling as a symbol of that superiority.

Schmeling, born in Brandenburg, Germany, won the vacant world heavyweight title via a fourth-round foul against Jack Sharkey on June 13, 1930. His title reign was brief -- lasting just two fights -- but the German was considered a very good puncher. He knocked out the likes of Johnny Risko, Young Stribling and Mickey Walker. On June 19, 1936, he fought the unbeaten Louis and knocked him out in the 12th round.
