Haymon has decided to not enforce the rematch.

This is because Haymon is optimistic for the Ruiz Arreola winner which he will then match with Wilder while PBC see how Fury, AJ and the others do here forward. Haymon could even try to make a deal with the WBC to postpone the immediate rematch clause and reconfigure the Wilder Fury contract. Not that the WBC has any power of that, but more so a favor for future ranking. I doubt Fury will be interested, and Top Rank will readjust splits, so the Wilder trilogy might not happen soon as expected.

I really hope Fury wears the identical copy of the uniform that Wilder says was "too heavy" just to troll his ass

Here come the excuses and delays. Wilder doesn't want that smoke.

You can forget Wilder, this is not the same guy we once knew. Since his loss to Fury he has lost his persona, the angry/hungry fighter we once knew is gone. Just look at him now, he's doing those fkn shirtless photo shoots for pro African magazines which make him look like a gay RnB singer. Like I said if he fights again it won't be against Fury, he can talk as much as he wants but deep down he is not that dumb to not realize that he lost in a bad way, and HE KNOWS he will get the same ass whoopin in the next fight if he fights Fury. A limited fighter like him, who has no jab, no proper defense, no fkn movement, no leg work whatsoever...he stands no chance against any decent HW fighter. He might be ok against 60 year olds from Cuba or some Polish bums but against Fury, Joshua and even Ruiz he stands no chance.

His ego took the biggest beating that night. Not sure he has the character to bounce back from that kind of humbling.
