How quickly we all forget his gift draw against a nobody.

He got completely outclassed by a decent boxer.

He’s Cletus Seldin with three bad judges after an embarrassing performance.
Jamontay Clark is a pretty damn good fighter himself actually, just not a lot of power.

That Clark dude he drew with is actually a solid prospect in his own right with his only L coming to current unified champion Rosario. You're only as good as your last fight and the young boy was impressive in taking out a tough dude like Gallimore. He is only 22 and still growing. Not everyone is a stud at a young age. Let the kid grow a bit.

        Yeah he’s a decent boxer but he’s a nobody.

So I don’t get the excitement over this kid until he starts looking the part.

They gave him a test and he failed. He should have lost and got a gift.

Everyone is just going to ignore that for some reason.

I’m just not going to celebrate the kid until he shows me something.

Clark is a decent boxer. He was supposed to lose that fight but he should have won.

Fundora was supposed to crush him and set up a title shot. Instead he proved he’s nowhere near ready.

I’ll give him time I guess. I’m just not impressed at all.

I agree with that, I’m not big Fundora fan or believe in him as a real contender yet at least, he’s just entertaining to watch.

My post was more of a weak defense for Clark lol. He’s not world class or anything to get excited about, but he’s a solid fighter

Funny how Fundora has haters. Bunch of grumpy people on the site who are always mad and jealous when a Mexican/Hispanic boxer is doing good which is most of the time. There are many prospects right now and most are Mexican/Hispanics. Keep hating !!!!

It be like that sometimes. Every fighter gets a gift or debatable decision in their career at some point. He has his flaws & it's clear that he is not ready for the top but he's in the development stage still. I'm not sold on him yet either but he's a baby in the game. Gallimore was a big step up for him and he shone through it. Only time will tell.
