2 sloppy fat beer-bellies in a prime time main event does nothing to bring in more casual fans to boxing...more like “tough man” competition from bak in the day!! Ruiz will Ko way way way past it slow no-defense Arreola within a few rds. No matter how obese Ruiz comes in - he still has those quick hands on the inside!

Damn shame. Build up fights should be for guys coming off wins. Fights against two guys coming off losses shouldn’t need this.

You guys wanna get back in position ? Face each other and the winner is right back in contention.

This is definitely underwhelming. A man at his age (67? 68? Maybe 100) can't be mucking around with tuneup fights.

Fury, Joshua, Ruiz & Whyte won't dare mention this classy skillful troopers name! They won't risk it! They'll act as though he's done at 41, because in the past they were really shook to take him on when they could have! The 'boogymans' fear is still in full effect - affecting those who are only pushing forward for those few retirement checks

As well as he fought vs Kownacki, and if he gets Goosen (?) as trainer again... I wouldn't be surprised if Arreola beats Ruiz. That would be a really interesting fight if he gets there in top form.

Meanwhile... we know Ortiz should easily get past his 'can'... so then it would be great to see him vs Arreola. And the winner gets Whyte.

See there? I took care of all the details.

why? He got the same money to fight wilder and got adequate time to train. Not the measly 5 weeks Joshua tried to give him.

so what? $7m was life changing money. Should have taken it.
How much did he make for the wilder fight?
