He is old, but obviously that doesn`t mean everybody beats him. Only Klitschko and AJ beat him so far. Whyte is obviously not good enough to beat him.

I also doubt Ortiz, Ruiz, Parker, Pulev, Kownacki, Helenius beat him.

Wilder fight is 50 -50 for me.

Povetkin is old elite fighter. He still beats all guys that are not exactly top level.

Hunter was very lucky to get a draw.

Would pick Ruiz to beat him. Wilder is pretty bad but Povetkin seems to go down pretty easy now so that's a pretty easy Wilder pick for me.

    Povetkin-Parker is a toss up.

Would probably lean towards picking Ortiz to beat him. Less wear and tear despite the knockouts. And yeah I know, "best win Bryant Jennings, blag blah blah."

Povetkin went tooth and nail with a blown up cruiserweight the fight before Dillian.

And for 4 rounds, he looked exactly like a faded 40 year old...because that's what he is...and yes, his best days are behind him.

No, he wouldn't beat Ortiz, who hits harder, is more skilled and a southpaw to boot. He couldn't even beat Hunter, as I said before.

Just deal with the possibility that Dillian just isn't that good and never was.

All the signs have been there: needing an incompetent ref to beat Parker; down on the scorecards to a faded Chisora; getting starched by a green Rivas; struggling with Wach who fought Whyte on very short notice.

          When was Dillian ever great?

So Ortiz beating Jennings 5 years ago makes you think Ortiz is good?

            Ok.

You could make such a list for Wilder also. He has looked awful in nearly all of his fights

Povetkin wouldn’t beat Ortiz? Where’s the evidence, because I’m not seeing it in his resume. Considering he was blasted out twice by the limited Wilder, I don’t think he passes the eye test either

To be fair Povetkin went tooth and nail with huck 10 years ago as well

Hunter maybe just not a great style for him.

If Povetkin fought the guys Ortiz did he would be hounded on here and failing a pre fight medical and documentation of health issues would have the forum claiming he should have retired years ago.

Ortiz doesn’t get credit for anyone’s win , suggesting someone is not good to begin with is the easy way out but at the end of the day Ortiz hasn’t won a real fight in 5 years no matter how you want to play this in favor of how great he is so you do this by manipulating other fighters as though brushing aside Hunter who would be a top win for Ortiz just doesn’t make sense at all .

                    He's old and shot.

It just so happens than an old and shot Povetkin was still good enough to put a bum like Whyte to sleep.
