I'm not quite sure if Parker is too passive to be champ. He just kind of looks like he's in some kind of trance, then every once in a while he snaps out of it and throws a few punches. Were I Edwina Hearn, I would be pleased as punch to serve this virtual zombie up to AJ as many times as I could sell it. In the Whyte fight what ever it was wore off in the very last of the last round. The only way this potato gets a title shot, is by proving he's actually alive. He needs to keep super busy, and throw more than 2 punches per round. He's young and can do a throwback thing fighting at least 3 times a year. Bottom line is that he does have talent, but must become a lot more active during his fights, or he should just save some time and quit now

Parker has his own promo team in New Zealand. Hearne is just a secondary promoter who is conveniently based in Europe.

Hearne is in no way responsible for Parker's career, he just helps with negotiations in Europe and the US.

Why doesn't Parker fight somebody that's ranked to position himself instead of asking for 2 guys that can't fight him?

After AJ and Dillian White losses (in 2018) he fought absolute nobodies in terms of skill or world rankings and he wants to be in contention?
