Prime Oscar v Canelo

Assuming they were the same size, who do believe is the better fighter? I like DLH. I think he is tougher. Canelo is fancy and quick, but prime DLH was awesome. Canelo is also in the era of careful matchmaking. Oscar was more of the old school mentality to fight the best at their best. Oscar has the tougher fights and is the tougher man.

I think Canelo is a much better fighter today than Oscar ever was. Canelo has a better chin and he has a better defense. .Canelo hits harder for his weight class. Canelo has big power in both hands while Oscar's power was in his left and not much power in his right.Oscar had better stamina than Canelo so he is superior to Canelo there but overall I think Canelo is better.

oscar the better fighter in their prime but there is no way to say who would win since it never happen. but looking at the stats, oscar is the better fighter.

Would be very close. Oscar has better jab, and better stamina. Canelo more power, better defense and ring IQ. Speed edge to DLH, chin edge to Canelo although both are close. Both tremendous heart. Close fight depending on what you like, oscar with jab and activity or canelo with power punches

You can win 10 clean rounds against Canelo and hell still get a 114-114 card. You can win 8 hard fought rounds and someone will score it 118-110 for him.

That’s true. Canelo has a strange ability to steal the score even when he is losing badly. He should have like four losses.

The worst part about Canelo is that as good as he is he always finds a way to never win clean.
