-Turned down a unified title shot against Joshua
-Turned down an eliminator against Ortiz
-Turned down an eliminator against Pulev
-Was offered a chance to take Breazeale's mandatory status in a fight against him, turned it down

It's clear Whyte's plan all along was to be promoted from interim status to a full champion without fighting Joshua, Wilder, or Fury. He could've had multiple title shots by this point but he always ducked them and then acted like he was the one getting screwed.

Glad this man didn’t get his shot. He’s been acting like he’s the rightful champion of the world. I don’t see him being much better than a chisora type fighter (who at least embraces that role)
