Fitting end to their saga for Marquez since many feel like he got the sht end of the stick in their decisions.

A classic southpaw footwork tangle as Manny jumped in for the kill of a helpless JMM. His foot landed atop JMM that lurched him sideways off balance, unprotected. JMM lucky Hail Mary hit him in the neck, not the jaw.

    Why U no watch fight?

Agreed, why did Marquez avoid a rematch.

Marquez was no slouch. He fought Manny 4 times so he had plenty of time to get a sense of Manny's style. Boxing is a combat sport and if you roll the dice enough times you will eventually hit snake eyes. Manny is primarily an offensive fighter. Unlike Mayweather he is not a great defensive fighter. While it is true that FMJ didn't get K.O.'d by JMM don't think Mayweather can't get knocked out. He ALMOST got his lights turned out by Shane Mosley. Yes, Manny did suffer a brutal K.O. at the hands of Marquez but I don't think it makes Manny any less of a fighter for it. JMM is a respectable opponent, and keep in mind that they fought a quadrilogy

Marquez knew Pac like a book at this point. Already going 36 rounds with Pac previously. He'd probably been training that right hand since their 3rd fight already but didn't get to land it as he wanted until the 4th.

With that said, you cannot in anyway compare the Floyd-Marquez with the Pac-Marquez. Pac fought Marquez already twice when Marquez was in his prime at Marquez better weight classes of featherweight and super featherweight and took a draw and win. Then Jr. comes out of retirement, makes Marquez go up 2 weight classes to fight him at a catchweight of 145lbs which Jr. didn't even care to make. Marquez looked fat and out of shape in that fight. Easy win for Jr. who again, naturally the larger man could beat up on the smaller guy whose at an ineffective weight class.

Marquez then stays at 147lbs to chase Pac and settle into the weight. They have their 3rd fight. Close fight, I think Marquez won that one but they give it to Pac. Now they have a 4th fight, Marquez looks juiced to the gills and finally gets the W and says, Okay cool, I got it, I'm done. C-ya.

Floyd shouldn't even be relevant in any conversations regarding Pac-Marquez. Pac-Marquez are history together, Floyd-Marquez was a farce aimed to fool the public into believing he could easily handle Pac's rival when it was once again, a handicapped opponent in favor of Jr.

Marquez is known to fire back with heavy shots whenever he is hurt. He got caught with a fight ending shot in an exchange.
Thing is, I believe all pro fighters are on PED's but Marquez went way over the line for what is normal.

The younger Marquez would never have been able to withstand that kind of damage and still have the brute strength to spark Pacquiao.

The same fighter that Floyd schooled 2 years earlier. What makes yall think Pac coulda beat Floyd during that time if he couldnt even beat JMM? There is a 0 chance that Floyd would ever got knocked the **** out like that let alone by an above average fighter. Thats a huge knock on Mannys legacy to me. Proof that while he was a great fighter, he was not on the GOAT level like Mayweather.
After you share a ring for 36 plus rounds, you pick up tendencies and can prepare for them
