That's because people aren't that smart.

AJ was always a big favourite to win his belts back. There was a huge risk that if he lost, his career was badly impacted but he also had time to rebuild. And by not taking the rematch he would have been frozen out. Basically, the rematch made sense; taking calculated risks. The return was huge too... suddenly it was the biggest fight in town.

Wilder is playing with the odds massively against him. And a loss to Fury pretty much ends his career.

The odds are with Fury, but he's got little to gain and a heck of a lot to lose. And it's not the fight people want to see.

Of course this might just be Wilder 'betting on himself' again. Maybe he just truly believes he wins. Or he is prepared to gamble his career on a long shot. Seems odd to me though.

How does it end his career? Fury is rated the #1 Heavyweight in the world, since when does losing to the #1 fighter in the world equal a career ender? Wilder has plenty of fights that can happen after Fury, and people still want to see Wilder vs AJ even if they both lose to Fury. Thats how boxing works.

A loss does not end ether of their careers, but I don't see Wilder sticking around if he loses via Knock out etc.

Wilder probably made quite abit of money, and seems infatuated by his woman 'Which is great'. But soon as I SAW him cuddling up with his woman, moments before he was about to fight Fury? I knew it was not a good sign.

I actually think that may be a mis interpretation of his demeanor. It seemed to me like he was overly confident so he allowed himself to become calm. Everyone gets used to the loud brash persona that Wilder displays, but he's just ratcheting up his personality similar to the way the Rock used to do it when he was wrestling. What I saw was an over confident fighter who allowed that confidence to affect his edge. I expect, win or lose Wilder will be fighting again.

                He'll school AJ as well.

Nobody gets close to a fit and firing Tyson Fury, he's levels above everybody else.

                Deep down, Hearn knows this.

I really want Wilder to have a good showing to make the Joshua fight worthwhile, and maybe even the Whyte fight just for laughs.
Fury will become an average boxer if he isn't on PEDS that's why wilder will ko him.

Money may is the cleanest boxer and no one can question about that but fury is 100% on PEDS and that's the reason why he won.
