what do I care about what Haymon wants? He's insignificant in the career of Canelo. Dazn owns his rights and he will bow down like the employee that he is. And you're right, Canelo did take Floyd's blueprint of minimizing risk, and took it to an entirely new level. Even Floyd didn't pick as many fighters that were so much older than him.

It's brilliant isn't it? I mean, it doesn't take much to fool Canelo fans as they've proven to be a pretty simple bunch. But they do this all of the time, they'll throw around names like Lemuiex, Murota, Dirrell and now Yidilgrim, so that when they pick a guy like Smith or sanders, who both looked like ass in their last fights, the perception will be, well at least it's not as bad as those other guys.
