That’s boxing for you 😂 .... You lose and it’s all over career wise. Fact is unless you are in your late 30s or going towards that, then it’s safe to say your career would carry on, you might not earn the bigger PPV paydays but you would still earn a decent living. Even if Whyte loses the rematch he isn’t done. One of the new guys would try and use his name on their resume, and if they aren’t prepared properly then he would use them as his way back in.

So you admit you're just here to troll boxers who have the guts to take on all comers and are willing to risk it all for legacy?

It's pathetic how childish people on here are. Instead of discussing interesting future matchups or classic boxers and fights throughout the annals of boxing history, you'd rather just keyboard warrior it up by getting a hard on from mocking a boxer who will never know who you are. Way to go bud, you're a real winner.

He was given first dibs on that fight too but he declined.

Luis Ortiz got a voluntary title defense against Deontay Wilder because no one else would touch him and he was willing to accept the champion's terms; Something that Dillian Whyte refused to do and also because of his performance in their first meeting; Wilder felt he was deserving of a rematch also.
He beat John Molina did he? Yeah that makes sense. Molina is a junior welterweight. I know you mean the Drummer Boy Eric Molina but that sure as hell shouldn't get you a world title shot when you've lost every other time you stepped up.
Cool Breeze beat Eric Molina and that justifies him getting a world title shot? Yeah ok. Keep drinking the hypocritial cool-aid bro. It's obvious you have a clear double standard. Nobody should take anything you say seriously. You have one rule for UK boxers and another one for US boxers. End of story.

Ever hear of a rematch clause? Fury beat Wilder twice (wasn't even close) and they have a rematch clause for a trilogy fight. WTF is the difference? Whyte had Povetkin down twice before he got sparked out. Fury DOMINATED every minute of the rematch with Wilder.

I totally agree with you. I think it's pretty safe to say the people calling for Whyte to retire are either Whyte haters/Wilder fanatics or they started watching boxing during the Mayweather era and think the only thing that matters in boxing is an undefeated record.

Whyte will do an AJ - keep Pov at arms length and get on his bike for a boring azz 12 round decision. Once bitten twice shy.

What is Whyte going to do different in the rematch? This time, he got hit in the ribs, until he dropped his his elbow. He has two choices. One, be more aggressive and try to KO Sasha, which I don't think he can, not safely. Two, learn to dance like Fred Astair and take advantage of a huge ring. Considering this was the best shape I've ever seen Whyte in, I'm not sure he can do number two. It's not like he has an Olympic pedigree to fall back on.
