Ortiz took one shot at the end of the round. Wilder took several shots for about 45 seconds. But I say again saved him from what? Wilder was up off the stool before Ortiz.

Wilder dodged a potential loss because of the Wilder delay doctors in the corner , We also saw how corrupt the scorecards were which is actually a bigger problem, Ortiz was never going to win unless he got a stoppage that’s why Wilder was not giving a standing 8 count receiving dozens of unanswered punches .

I guess Ortiz wasn’t the house fighter . The “Rule” that some use as the excuse isn’t something that is practiced all round. You didn’t check the boxer in between the interval, but you decide to check AFTER the bell has rang and they have both got up to continue the next round ... Wasn’t Ruiz/Joshua 1 in NY? Unless that rules only applied to Barclay centre... You know the same place that one of the board members also sits on Al Haymon PBC board.

Ortiz was dropped by one punch and was saved by the bell from further punishment. While Wilder on the other hand was being battered all across the ring, while absorbing an enormous amount of punishment.

That fight could've been easily stopped and the doctors thought perhaps that it should've been stopped; Which was why they checked Wilder prior to the 8th round.

Don't listen what Paulie says. The man is an unemployed hater, moron, idiot and loser. If he wasn't, then he would still be employed by Showtime Championship Boxing today.

I remember Wilder trying to get the Fury rematch there and Fury laughing it off ,that’s actually the reason why the immediate rematch never took place ,Wilder and his crooked team at work all the time plotting .
