No way Canelo fights on Showtime. What would be the point of the DAZN deal? I can see if it were one of the Charlos, Benavidez, Plant, etc. But he's going to go to Showtime vs Anvi JUST because it's the WBC belt?
Chances are Canelo will revisit the WBC at another time or the WBC mandate someone else that would work within the "DAZN bubble". If Canelo is being forced to take a paycut fighting on DAZN, what do people expect to happen (mind you....having a binding contract to DAZN) if he agreed to fight on Showtime against someone most fans barely know?
