What would be your ultimate combat sport?

Mine would be:

-Just punches and kicks
-No grabbing and no tying up
-No judges, just a ref there just to make the count and possibly dq someone for fouls(tying up, low blows, illegal hits)
-1 min rounds
-Fight till one is ko'd or quits
-Got to get up before a 10 count
-1 belt per weight class
-Winner gets 80% of money

Kickboxing was pretty awesome during the peak of K-1. It just never had the profile of boxing or MMA outside of Japan, and it went into a steep decline about 10 years ago.
