Whyte does have a rematch clause....rematch in December?

Imagine putting a rematch clause when there is ZERO title at risk, just a mando shot... This is beyond pathetic. Disgusting and awful practice from that big twat Eddie Hearn.

But that is very true though, I think in any case... Whyte is screwed.. EVEN IF he fights and wins the rematch... I am not sure WBC will make him mandatory immediately.

There was a video however after the fight and AJ said that Whyte can fight him at any time, and he would give him a chance, so he does not have to wait another 1,000 days.

why did he even fight povetkin? was he forced to or something? i havent been following the politics of things lately but people said he was cherry picking but couldnt he have fought a random bum instead and not the #6 ranked guy in the world? doesnt really scream cherry picking to me but once again i dont know the politics. was this an eliminator?

Fans said Povetkin was a cherry pick because he's 40+ and didn't look good against Hunter. Povetkin was shot and done. This was supposed to be an easy fight.

Whyte took a huge shot against Joshua and was hurt badly and came back just fine. Maybe he's one of those guys that can recover after massive KOs. If he wants the immediate rematch, give it to him!

This KO was more brutal. Whyte was out cold even before he hit the canvas. Also he's human, you can only take so many shots. At some point it will catch up to you. I do hope he recovers but a rematch as early as in December...I'm not sure that's a good idea. Only Whyte can answer that question so let's see what happens.
