I said that Whyte had to get Povetkin out of there early because the longer the fight goes the greater are Povetkin's chances of winning the fight by either stoppage or knockout and he did. Povetkin is chinny too but he still can punch and that's what the late Manny Steward was attempting to instill in Lennox Lewis against Mike Tyson.

That's what happened to Dillian Whyte. You can't carry an old experienced cagey veteran as Povetkin once you get them hurt and on the hook; You have to put them away because it's too dangerous. They could always come back to KO you because the last to go on an aging fighter is his power.

Parker is a good puncher but that had more to do with Whyte being exhausted in the 12th round.
