Pedraza took away Loma's angles and made him come in center line, and Pedraza isn't high volume. How good is Teo's boxing IQ? Because Loma has a short reach, he uses the angles to jump in and get his combos off and angle out. Also, his defense isn't as good as people think. The book is still out of Teo but his philly counter is specifically made for guys moving in on a straightline with a short reach ala FMW Jr fighting primarily guys with reaches under 72'' except for Judah . Nice match up.

This is even worse once you consider, regardless of what Lomachenko fans do with everyone he fights and beats (call them super slick master jab boxers), guys like Pedraza were quickly exposed as only competent boxers by guys like Jose Zepeda who essentially effortlessly shut-out, outboxed and clowned him in a pure boxing fight.

Can't be that good if that is being done to him.
