I remember last year when whyte was obsessed with AJ fight. But when contract to fight aj unexpectedly arrived, whyte the fraud coward went silent and has never mentioned AJ again since.
Whyte loves to call out top fighters he has no chance of fighting and are booked to fight other people. As we see again here.
Whyte needs to win this so we get Fury vs Whyte instead of Fury vs Povetkin. Hughie gave Povetkin a real run for his money before he tired and Tyson is essentially a bigger, 'better in every department' version of his little cousin. Hughie Fury jacked up on all the PEDs in the world, frothing at the gills wouldn't equal Tyson Fury.
Cuss his ass out. He trying to make himself sound relevant like he should be in the mix. Hell, if you could hit harder than Willie Pep you may have beaten Provetkin so go sit your a_s down clown!
I agree with Hunter. There is something a bit more polished about Povetkin. He has the power and I've seen him hit everyone good and clean except probably Wladimir and Marco Huck. Huck gave him the same kind of problems that Hunter did, and if Dillian can fight in that kind of style it would be interesting, but I don't think he can.
Due to how Povekin technically throws his punchers, there is always a chance he could catch a fighter out like Whyte 'Who can be abit crude at times'.
Povetkin's technique is very precised and proper etc
Povetkin should have got the win over Hunter ,he was also coming off surgeries so I believe Hunter is factoring these things in knowing Povetkin will be much more prepared.
I still say Whyte and could see both guys taking knockdowns with a late stoppage for Whyte ,another possible cut here as well which effects Povetkin going down the stretch ?
"Hughie giving Potvetkin a real run for his money"
Hughie fights with an autistic herky jerky style. Instead of fighting, Hughie does a nerve damaged impression of a coordinated human being. His act was old and sad vs Potvetkin. I didnt see the fight as close. Potvetkin vs Whyte should be entertaining. Both skilled and talented.
Povetkin is indeed more talented, but he's also at the final bit of his career. But then, Whyte hasn't looked great in his last 2 fights... especially vs Rivas. He claims it was a stumble, but he was clearly dropped, and had trouble getting back up. If Povetkin jumps on him early with smart pressure, he just may stop Whyte. IMO it will be a test of wills at some point. Hopefully Povetkin can pull out a W for one last title shot before retiring. Should be a very interesting fight for fans.
Conflicted on who I think wins this. I think Povetkin can land crisp, hard shots and hurt Whyte. However, I have a gut feeling that Dillian can come up with some tainted victory (injury by Povetkin, disputed decision, etc). Looking forward to it tho.
