Ortiz was offered a fight way back in 2016 and then 2018 ,no ones ran from Ortiz .


Povetkin has been actively winning relevant fights , Ortiz last relevant fight outside Wilder was 5 years ago . He has the weakest resume by far defeating him wouldn’t mean much if he cannot produce better wins then Kaufman and Hammer who are probably outside the top 20 caliber level .
