As promised one week ago, terms have been finalized for a WBC interim lightweight title fight between Ryan Garca and Luke Campbell. The matchup was subject to a purse bid hearing on August 11 and again on Wednesday, the former delayed on the promise that a deal was reached in principle and only needed a few more days.

Excellent match up. It's going to be interesting to find out how good Ryan is, it's going to be a big step up and a heck of a challenge. If he beats Campbell in stellar fashion, props have to be given, let's not forget that Campbell just went 12 rounds with Loma not to long ago, it's sink or swim time.
