Will the WBC rig the judges to make Povetkin beat Whyte?

Everybody with half a functioning brain knows the big money jackpot is Fury vs Joshua and nobody outside of Whyte wants Whyte to wreck the party.

Sulaiman knows he's back up against a wall and has to cater to Whyte now because he's already screwed Whyte for two years out of his mandatory shot. Sulaiman does not want to have to pay $20 m in damages to Whyte.

But Sulaiman Fury Joshua have an escape hatch: Rig the judges to screw Whyte and give Povetkin the decision.

Will this happen? Could this happen?

Unfortunately I think so yes. And it will.

It's an interesting question and I hope not. Because I want to see Fury squirm for the next 6 months. Trying to figure out a way to get out of fighting Whyte without looking like a ducking coward. Discredit him, say he brings no money, say that Unification is more important. He will say and do it all. But what he won't do, is man up and fight Whyte. That's why Fury is just as big a fraud as Wilder. Real champions prove it in the ring, not by running their mouths and then avoiding fights.

According to Monzon99, every big fight in the history of the sport was rigged.

I wouldn’t be shocked if Hearn secretly wants Whyte to lose

That's the more plausible thing regarding the fight...

Unification is more important, and Joshua is a far tougher fight than Whyte is.

Only a mong like yourself would rather see Fury fight Whyte than AJ for all the marbles.

I can envision Whyte coming out strong and knocking Povetkin out within three rounds.

If he fails here, it's over; and I believe he won't.

I believe if Povetkin wins he inherits the same standing as Whyte with no reset in time for a title shot due ? Not sure a Whyte loss would change the mandatory much with the exception of team Povetkin stepping aside ?

The WBC would rather have Fury-Whyte than Fury-Povetkin.
