I say ... I don't know why the press thinks Crawford is the real deal, he hasn't fought the best, Thurman has the better resume. Arum (not Crawford) is scared of Thurman, he always has an excuse to spin. Arum was scared of Pacman for Crawford, and is only open to the fight now that Pacman is much older.Comment

I don't give a phuck about call outs, Gary Russell is also calling him out, Keith *Part time* Thurman is fooling idiots not me. He isn't here for the competition and he shouldn't be rewarded due to that. He should have fought Bud when he had the belts, he didn't....Nor do I want to see Brook in there with Bud. Beating this version of Thurman does nothing for Bud's resume. Keef is just here for a payday.Last edited by Ray*; 08-19-2020, 08:20 AM.Comment

Agreed, Khan didn’t earn 7m from the fight. He was paid 5m like you stated and when that fight was over, everyone knew it was a major mistake to pay him that. Arum is not going to make that mistake again, not with washed up boxers looking for a last payday with nothing on the table from them. Thurman should have fought Crawford when he had those belts, right now he is nothing and not motivated enough for any big fights, he is just here for the money and then to bounce out.
I think most people (except delusional Khan fans) knew that fight was a joke. Arum just wanted a “big” name for Crawford. Unless Khan fights in the UK, he is not worth half that in the US.
Khan fans are Pakistanis and they don’t even follow boxing. When Khan retires, they’ll all go back to Cricket. This is a factual reality.
I’ve met a lot of them and went to school with a lot of them and they all truly believe Floyd ducked their idol.
It’s just funny to hear them harp on about how he “was beating Garcia until he got caught by a lucky punch” or “Crawford was dirty” or “he’s never lost at WW” or “Canelo was too big”Comment
